投诉通话质量。

该方法让用户就通话质量进行投诉。一般在通话结束后调用。

Parameter callId 通话 RtcEngine.getCallId 函数获取的通话 ID。

Parameter description （非必选项）给通话的描述，可选，长度应小于 800 字节。
